Asia Cup 2025 Trophy Unveiled in Dubai

DUBAI: The trophy for the ACC Men’s Asia Cup 2025 was officially revealed in Dubai on Tuesday, with Asian Cricket Council president Mohsin Naqvi gracing the occasion.

Skippers from all eight participating nations — Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, UAE, Hong Kong, and Oman — gathered for the ceremony, where they posed with the glittering silverware and exchanged greetings with the ACC chief.

After the unveiling, captains interacted with the media, sharing their thoughts, answering queries, and voicing their ambition to shine in the upcoming tournament.

The 15th edition of the Asia Cup will be staged in the T20I format, featuring two groups of four teams each.

Group A: India, Pakistan, Oman, and hosts UAE

Group B: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Hong Kong

India’s group-stage fixtures will begin against UAE on September 10 in Dubai, followed by the much-awaited clash against Pakistan on September 14 at the same venue, before concluding their round against Oman on September 19 in Abu Dhabi.

The Super Four stage will feature the top two sides from each group, with the best two advancing to the final on September 28.
