Karachi: Pakistani batsman Shaan Masood says that I will try to perform at whatever number I get an opportunity.

Pakistani batsman Shan Masood, who made a place in the Pakistan squad in the series against England, said in a press conference at the National Stadium Karachi that England is the best white ball team, I have played county in England, which showed me the ability of English players.  The team will challenge us here, it will be a good preparation against England before the World Cup.

Shaan Masood said, “I got confidence from making runs in PSL and English counties. Mickey Arthur helped me a lot there. When I have to bat, it’s fun to play more matches. England team coming here after 17 years.” ,  people of Pakistan love cricket, Pakistani fans want the best teams to come to Pakistan.

The Pakistani batsman said that the experience of playing with Multan Sultans was excellent, I learned a lot from my fellow cricketers, the learning process never stops, my next target is to meet the standard of T20 format, every cricketer wishes to play all three formats for his country.

He said that I will try to benefit the team with the experience of league cricket, there were also thoughts that i might never be able to comeback, I will try to perform at whatever number I get a chance, I will never complain that I was not fed the number of my choice.

The Test opener said that the numbers I failed to perform so far were my own mistakes, I never thought about captaincy, the leadership of the national team is in the best hands, PSL, County and National T20 Cup experiences will help me.  I will try to perform against England as well.
