Imad, Azam and Ihsanullah Likely To Be Picked For Afghanistan Series

The T20 series between Pakistan and Afghanistan will be announced in the next few days.

According to sources, the discussion between Pakistan cricket board and Afghanistan boards has entered the final stage and the schedule of the three T20 match series will be announced in the next few days.

Sources say that the series of three T20 matches will be played in Sharjah, the Pakistan team will leave for the United Arab Emirates on March 23, and the series of T20 matches will be completed within a week.

It is being told that two T20 matches will be played back to back, apart from this, the National Selection Committee has also started consulting for the squad.

According to sources, some new faces are likely to be included in the T20 squad while some may be rested, all-rounders Imad Wasim, Azam Khan and fastbowler Ihsanullah are likely to be included in the T20 squad.

Sources say that the interim coaching staff will take charge in the series against Afghanistan.
