We Will Try To Continue Winning Momentum – Shadab Khan

Shadab Khan, the vice-captain of the national T20 cricket team, says that we will try to maintain the winning momentum in the tournament.

While giving a press conference in Perth, Shadab Khan said that we knew that we are the better team than the results of the first matches, both the matches were close and lost but they were not able to finish.

Shadab Khan said that I am not thinking about hundred wickets, now the focus is on the World Cup, if even one run from me benefits the team, then it is more important.

The vice-captain said that we have our performance under control, hopefully this was the turning point for us, we will try to maintain this momentum in the tournament.

Regarding captain Babar Azam, Shadab Khan said that Babar Azam is a world-class player, but he is also a human being, mistakes happen, the form of a world-class player is just one shot away, not a matter of concern.

He further said that it took three overs against Zimbabwe to understand the conditions, understanding the conditions and adjusting quickly is very important.
