Why Iam Not Allow To Play Proper Cricket ? – Umar Akmal
National team batsman Umar Akmal has said that PCB has to decide my future, it is not known why I am not allowed to play grade one cricket.
These views were expressed by Umar Akmal while talking to the media at the event of Quetta Gladiators. Umar Akmal said that the Pakistan selectors should be asked why I am being restricted to level two cricket, I was not even given a chance in Grade One T20 cricket.
If i get a proper chance in domestic cricket then everyone will know thst what is the level of my cricket and what is the standard of my performance.
He said that every player has good times and bad times, I too have gone through bad times, i fell ill in Karachi while representing Central Punjab in the Cricket Associations Tournament and was in lof of pain but thanks to Nadeem Umar of Quetta Gladiators and PCB for their support and help.
In response to a question, Umar Akmal said that I am constantly working hard, my fitness has also improved, my family is encouraging me a lot at this time, I wish to make a comeback in international cricket and what cricket is left of me, i plays for my country.
In response to a question regarding the World T20 Cup, Umar Akmal said that Pakistan made a comeback in the mega event in a great way. I hope that there will be success against England in the final, like Pakistanis around the world, I also pray that Pakistan will become the world champion once again and the World Cup will come to Pakistan again.
