Injured Fakhar Likely To Be Replaced By Haris

Pakistan cricket team batsman Fakhar Zaman will not be available for the match against South Africa due to injury.

Pakistan Cricket Team’s Doctor Najeebullah Soomro said that Fakhar Zaman has a knee injury due to which he will not play the match against South Africa tomorrow. He said that he will not take too much risk on Fakhar Zaman, the medical panel is looking at his injury seriously.

Dr. Najeeb Soomro further said that Fakhar Zaman had taken a risk, sometimes success is achieved in such risks and sometimes the injury reappears, unfortunately Fakhar’s injury recurred due to which he rested.

According to sources, Mohammad Haris is likely to be included in the squad instead of Fakhar Zaman. Wicketkeeper-batsman Muhammad Haris is included in the list of reserve players. The team management will request a replacement player for Fakhar Zaman from the ICC Technical Committee after further consultation.

It should be noted that tomorrow, Pakistan has to take on South Africa in the important match of the Super 12 round in Sydney.
