Pakistan Cricket Team – T20 WorldCup
Just 3 days left for the start of the mega event T20 World Cup organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
The Pakistan team will play their first warm-up match in the ICCT20 World Cup against England on October 17 at 1:30pm PK, while the second match is scheduled against Afghanistan on October 19 at 8:30am PK.
The Pakistan team will play 5 group matches in the mega event while starting their regular campaign against India on October 23, which will be played at the historic Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Earlier, in the T20 World Cup played last year, Pakistan had defeated the traditional rival by 10 wickets.
The next match of the national team will be on 27th and 30th of October against the teams included in the World Cup Qualifier whose names have not been finalized yet, both these matches will be played in Perth.
The Green Shirts will take on South Africa on November 3 at the Sydney Cricket Ground, after which Pakistan will play their final group match against Bangladesh on November 6.
The semi-finals of the mega events are scheduled on November 9 and 10, while the final of the event will be played on November 13.
On the other hand, ICC has also announced the prize money of T20 World Cup 2022, the winning team of the mega event will be given 1.6 million US dollars i.e. 36 crore 22 lakh rupees in Pakistani rupees.
