India Will Not Travel To Pakistan For Asia Cup

Asian Cricket Council President and Indian Cricket Board Secretary Jay Shah has announced that the Indian team will not go to Pakistan in the 2023 Asia Cup.

According to the Indian media, the annual general meeting of the Indian Cricket Board was held in Mumbai today, in which Jay Shah made a statement not to go to Pakistan. Asian Cricket Council President Jay Shah said that next year’s Asia Cup will be held at a neutral venue.

Sources say that India ignored the Asian Cricket Council forum, the ACC president from India has started giving the decisions himself, he gave the decision without the meeting of the Asian Cricket Council.

According to the sources, the Pakistan Cricket Board has refused to give its position on this decision, the Pakistan Cricket Board will wait for the decision of the ACC. It should be noted that Pakistan has to host the Asia Cup of ODI format in September next year.
